Automatic splicer

The automatic splicer is used for quick connection of old and new paper. The old paper goes through a splicer, the new one is ready with adhesive tape for joining. As soon as the sensors detect the end of the old paper, the old paper is cut off and connected to the new one so that the connection time is as short as possible.

To maintain a constant paper speed (and not reduce the production speed of the tube winding) it is necessary to have creel compensators.
