While many industrial companies focus on their domestic or European markets, TOPCORE has always aimed higher. Our eco-friendly adhesives, smart manufacturing solutions, and commitment to innovation found a strong foothold across the EU — and 2024 marked the beginning of a new phase: global expansion.
1. Why We Decided to Expand Globally
From day one, we knew the Czech market wouldn’t be enough. By the time we had established strong partnerships across Europe, it became clear that the world was ready for a better, greener alternative in adhesives and industrial solutions.
Global demand for sustainability is growing, and customers worldwide are seeking:
- Safer, biodegradable products.
- Transparent partnerships.
- Proven performance.
“To keep growing, we had to take the next step. Customers are demanding sustainability, and we’re ready to deliver.”
— Petr Červinka, Co-founder of TOPCORE
2. Preparing the Ground for Expansion
Our entry into international markets wasn’t random. Each new region was carefully evaluated based on:
- Availability of raw materials and logistics.
- Local market needs and purchasing power.
- Distance from established competitors.
We began with regions adjacent to the EU (e.g. Turkey, the Balkans), followed by preparations for expansion to more distant destinations like South America, the USA, Canada, and India.
Our products weren’t changed in theory — they were adapted through real-world experience and customer feedback.
3. First Steps and Key Challenges
Trust was the biggest challenge. New customers were rightly cautious about switching suppliers for mission-critical materials like adhesives.
They asked:
- What happens if the product underperforms?
- How do we handle complaints?
- Can you guarantee consistent quality?
Strong customer references and proven results from EU clients helped us build confidence — and credibility — step by step.
4. Overcoming Global Expansion Hurdles
Logistics:
Shipping times, customs clearance, and proper documentation for each region required new processes and systems.
Supply Chain Disruptions:
Events like the dextrin shortage in Germany underscored the need for raw material diversification.
Cultural Fit:
We’ve learned where it makes sense to adapt — and where not to invest.
“Some markets just aren’t for us. But when customers are ready to build something valuable, we’re all in.”
— Zdeněk Vařejka, Co-founder of TOPCORE
5. Building a Global Presence
Today, TOPCORE is followed by hundreds of businesses worldwide. Through LinkedIn and word-of-mouth references, we’ve gained visibility far beyond the EU.
Success isn’t just about a good product. It’s about:
- Customer service.
- Transparent communication.
- A willingness to evolve through R&D.
- Delivering long-term value.
6. What Comes Next?
New Markets:
We’re targeting the USA, Canada, South America, India, and regions of the EU where we aren’t active yet.
Innovation:
We’re investing in next-gen adhesives, Power BI integration, and smart machinery that connects data with real-time performance.
Sustainability as a Standard:
Less waste. Fewer risks. More performance. That’s our vision for industrial chemistry.
What’s Ahead?
Global expansion is not a destination — it’s a journey. At TOPCORE, we’re committed to changing the future of adhesives through smarter, cleaner, and more responsible solutions.
We grow with humility, and we scale with consistency.
