Calculate Your Savings
in Minutes

Discover how much you could save by switching to TOPCORE’s eco-friendly dextrin adhesives for paper tube production

The calculator interface is in English.

Before you start — what you'll need

Four numbers from your production sheet. Nothing else, no registration.

1

Your paper

Moisture after drying (typically 6–7 %) and what you pay per tonne.

2

Your current adhesive

Price per tonne, dry mass and moisture content. Your supplier's data sheet has all three.

3

Your volume

Tonnes of tubes produced per month. An average month is enough.

4

Two minutes

Five steps. You can change any input afterwards and recalculate.

What your result actually means

The calculator works from the same figures our engineers use: glue share, water to evaporate, and the price of a tonne of dry tube.

That last one decides your margin. A cheaper adhesive that carries more water leaves you paying to evaporate it — and the tube costs more once it's dry.

The result is indicative. It is based on the values you entered. A binding figure comes from a laboratory test on your own paper, and it is usually the one that matters.

Your report, in your inbox

Leave your details and the same calculation arrives as a PDF you can take into a procurement review: your inputs, the side-by-side comparison and the annual figure.

The report generated by the calculator

A number is a promise. This is what happened in production.

How a honeycomb producer moved to dextrin adhesive — and what changed on the line.
