In 2023, TOPCORE reached one of its most significant milestones in ecological innovation. After years of research, testing, and iteration, we launched BLENDECO — a unique adhesive solution that brings together sustainability, performance, and cost-effectiveness for industrial applications.
But the story of BLENDECO didn’t start in a lab. It began on the road, in warehouses, and at the workstations of customers searching for a smarter, cleaner, and more efficient adhesive solution.
1. Why Did We Develop BLENDECO?
Our objectives were clear:
- Eliminate unnecessary water transport – Why ship adhesives that are 50% water when customers can mix them on-site?
- Deliver an environmentally responsible solution – At a time when sustainability is no longer optional but expected, we knew the future had to be greener.

2. One Concept, Two Products: The BLENDECO Line
BLENDECO currently includes two core solutions:
- Dextrin Blend – A dry mix that customers prepare by adding water and CaCO₃. It already includes performance-enhancing additives.
- Additives – Individual components that improve adhesive strength, reduce dextrin usage, or accelerate drying in traditional glue formulations.
Developing the formulas took months of fine-tuning. We optimized raw material ratios, tested viscosity, and adjusted the chemistry to meet the demands of industrial manufacturing—especially in paper tube and core production.
3. The Advantages of BLENDECO

4. Field Testing and Iteration
Initial customer feedback was both positive and constructive. These real-world insights helped us further refine the product:
- Viscosity adjustments to suit specific production lines
- Cosmetic tweaks in formulation to improve handling and application
These improvements allowed us to optimize BLENDECO specifically for the paper industry, with plans to expand into wood processing sectors in the near future.

- New raw materials – to further balance ecological impact with economic performance
