TOPCORE BOOSTER

TOPCORE BOOSTER is a performance additive for dextrin adhesives used in paper tube, paper core, protective edge, and honeycomb panel production. Add 2–4% to your recipe. Reduce dextrin content by 5–8%. Get up to 50% faster bonding — with no new equipment required.

It is designed for production teams who run their own adhesive mixing station and want to improve line performance without rebuilding their process.

How TOPCORE BOOSTER works

Add TOPCORE BOOSTER at 2–4% of your adhesive recipe. It modifies the rheology and drying characteristics of your dextrin batch, which reduces the amount of dextrin needed to achieve the same — or better — bond performance.

A typical recipe moves from 40% water / 35% CaCO3 / 25% dextrin to 40% water / 40% CaCO3 / 18% dextrin / 2% BOOSTER. The adjusted mix reduces dextrin input with no reduction in bond performance.
